How to Fix an Indian Election

Imagine that you are a political operative and you are given the task to ensure that a particular candidate wins the election with the following constraints:

  1. You can’t hijack EVMs or hack them.
  2. You can’t adopt Violence to stop people from voting.

How will you go about doing it?

My talk will cover, how such an operative will work on the ground using a fusion of money, data and boots-on-the-ground from insights culled out from the last 5 years.
