We are a designer duo from Freshdesk on a mission to help you out. At the end of this talk you will walk away with a great toolkit of questions and ways to figure out their answers to help you give your users the best experience on your app.

Speaker bio

We are Srividya and Ajith- a duo of UX designers from Freshdesk. Srividya has a visual design background and pulls from her experience working at the Google mothership and Ajit whose forte is user research and brings with him learnings and stories from Cisco, HFI and HP Labs.
