Be a musician to be a high performer at work

Submitted Jan 10, 2016

Explore the multiple ways in which one’s ability to create even basic form of music allows higher engagement in work space. Focus would be on showing how everyone is a musician and how that fact once realized can improve performance at work.

Outline

Ideal setup would be a panel consisting of people who have accomplished higher performance at work realizing their Music faculties. Panel discussion would be followed by a hands on “everyone is musician” demo with attendees.

Requirements

They must get their vocal chords along and apetite to handle that much fun.

Speaker bio

I am a music lover, a bit of singer, early stage song writer, rhythm guitarist most of what I keep applying at my work. Well work, I lead a venture called plugHR by virtue of which I watch workplace performance space closely. plugHR has built and managed over 300 workplaces for entrepreneurs with the mandate to enhance their human resource performance. I believe, there are no experts, only believers.
This is a personal initiative, plugHR has no role other than allowing me leave for the session if it’s happening.
