About Rootconf 2026 Annual Conference

Dates: 13–14 November 2026
Location: Bengaluru

Expected attendance: Approximately 150 attendees per day, or 300 attendee-days across the two-day conference. We expect a mix of people attending both days and people attending one day. This is not a forecast of 300 unique attendees.

For planning on-site engagement, use the expected daily audience of approximately 150 people.

Focus: Platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure — plus two open strands this edition:

  • Platforms for AI: Inference, agents, guardrails, governance, cost/FinOps, and security.
  • AI for platforms: Agentic workflows applied to observability, security, and deployments.
