In this talk on modern external attack surface management, the speaker will explore the evolving threat landscape and the importance of implementing effective attack surface management strategies for CISOs, CTOs, engineers and DevOps teams. Shubham Mittal will discuss how the external attack surface has expanded beyond traditional infrastructure to include a broader range of modern assets such as SaaS applications, cloud services, APIs, mobile applications, Internet of Things (IoT) devices, etc. He will examine the unique security challenges posed by each of these asset types, and provide practical techniques for identifying, monitoring and managing the external attack surface.
