Coping with burnout
The objective of this talk would be to help identify the symptoms and few tips on coping with burnout.
Burnout is a widespread problem in our profession. Specially in the startup ecosystem.
I’d like to highlight the symptoms by giving a personal account of what I felt while going through different phases of burnout.
Hence also provide remediation tips, on how to handle this situation.
[Edit :- 17/04/2015] I cant see an option to select “BOF” so I am opting for “Crisp Talk”
Since we are planning to make this a BOF topic, I have modifed the structure of this topic a bit.
Now I am trying to strcuture it in such a way so to get more interaction out of others.
I am trying to keep slides to a minimum and get people to share their experiences with the sysmptoms as well as how they managed to cope with these symptoms (if at all).
