Although, usage of react is growing rapidly, most of us not aware of its best practices. Thus, we remain devoid of harnessing full power of react. In this talk, I propose to talk about how to identify problems in your react app and how to fix some of the most common ones.

  1. Profiling your react application.

  2. Identifying expensive reconciliation and excessive rerenders.

  3. shouldComponent Update and PureComponents

  4. Passing arrow fns in props.

  5. Passing array / objects in props using literal syntax.

  6. Advantage of breaking into subcomponents.

Basic idea of how react works and familirity with chrome dev tools.
