This is intended to those little closely-knit UX teams that form an enterprise, startup or even a little design studio, which are driven with a single objective - 'build products that makes a difference'. I intend to cover those key practices that each product UX team should follow to make sure the application that they build are completely productized - ie ready to be sold!

This proposal comes from my intense urge to share with the community, the learning opportunity that one of my assignment provided me with, in being a key part of the complete UX design process of a social collaboration platform. Here are some solutions and suggestions to the very common roadblocks, challenges, misconceptions and process-blocks that most of the UX teams within a product team face today.

From Information architecture, Prototyping, Interaction design, Visual design, Content strategy to Front-end engineering each of these key facets has got their own places in the design process, and they deserve a better approach if you believe the application deserves to be a complete product!

An open learning mind!

Speaker bio

As a UX enthusiast, who consider himself fortunate enough to have played diverse career roles ranging from a multimedia designer, web/graphic designer, Interactive developer to a UX enthusiast, i believe in the philosophy of 'connecting the dots'. The learning and inspiration gifted by these years of hybrid career, have come a long way with me for being passionate about the UX processes involved in building a scalable, flexible and transitional product!

Apart from these - i write for web, run a UX blog and hate plagiarism :)
