This event is now over. It was on October 1, 2011, in Bangalore.

The primary objective of this session is to understand how some of the modern client-side and server-side Javascript technologies can work together in harmony to create a real-time collaboration application
Outline
In this session we will together build a real-time collaboration web application with the following technologies.
Server-Side: Node.js, Express.js, Socket.io;
Client-Side: HTML5, CSS3 & Websockets;
The main goal is not to understand all these technologies individually, but to understand how they work together.
