FPGA RISC-V Soft Core

I will talk about RISC-V and how I built my own RISC-V SoC on an FPGA. I plan to cover the minimal C library I wrote to control GPIOs, UART and onboard LEDs, running Rust code on it, and what I’m currently working on.
