The Journey from Argo to Temporal, why, what we miss and what we don't

We recently migrated our workflow orchestration from Argo Workflows to Temporal in production and lived to tell the tale.
In this talk, I’ll walk through why we made the switch: the architectural differences between the two, the tradeoffs we weighed, and what the migration actually looked like end-to-end.
I’ll cover how we scale Temporal workers using KEDA (interestingly, we discovered a signficant bug in KEDA scaler for Temporal, and managed to fix it upstream) and VPA on Kubernetes, and I’ll share honest reflections, what Temporal does better, what I genuinely miss from Argo
