Running a fulfillment network is a challenge in itself. Doing so in India only adds to it. So far, Flipkart has been relying on business dashboards for monitoring the fulfillment network. We have been steadily moving towards an anomaly based mechanism to automatically detect deviations from data and trigger actions.
