In this talk, we will outline the journey of building OSlash Copilot, an AI tool designed to equip any software product or website with 24*7 LLM support that translates into a decision intelligence system for product and business owners.

Oslash Copilot makes use of techniques such as semantic search and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) to guide users with instant, precise, and relevant answers to a wide range of questions about the software or website.

For product owners, the system’s intent classification, conversational intelligence, and sentiment analysis capabilities unlock powerful data-driven insights into user intent and behavior. They also serve as a means of providing custom recommendations for in-product and in-app actions, elevating UX.

The talk will walk the audience of AI engineers as well as product folks through the steps we took to ensure high accuracy, lightning fast response speed, and a great user experience. We will share our playbook for preparing data points, engineering prompts, fine-tuning custom models, and gathering user feedback on the road to building a futuristic copilot.
