This topic is a moderated panel discussion.

“Move fast and break things. Unless you are breaking stuff, you are not moving fast enough.”

(Mark Zuckerberg)

Agree or Disagree?

“When you’re a carpenter making a beautiful chest of drawers, you’re not going to use a piece of plywood > on the back...”

(Steve Jobs)

Agree or Disagree?

  • Lets discuss how you build and release your app (versus typical web dev cycles)?
  • What’s the process you follow?
  • How often do you release?
  • What are the tradeoffs you have to make for ensuring adequate velocity?
  • How you do you know when too broken is bad?
  • How do you apply A/B testing results? Beta channel feedback? Phased rollouts?
  • What are the challenges that app development poses (versus web development) for iterative lean development?
