This project will analyze the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Bill 2022, particularly in the context of how the Data Protection Bill has evolved since the inital drafts. The project will explore and understand the current state of the Bill, presented aside potential issues and concerns which will be relevant to the consultation process.
