Scaling alert rules might come up with some challenges, consistency, ownership, access control, notification policies etc. With this talk, I wanna talk about how we scaled hundreds of alert rules with in house framework, which allows us to cleanly manage these rules across platforms like newrelic, coralogix, grafana, sentry etc

At the root it’s a simple terraform module written individually for various platform, which provides simple api to developers while maintaining good consistency at the backend.

Sourcing alerts on various platform can be challenging for developers, this solution puts everything in one place.
