This closed-door round table explores Observability in FinOps — where infrastructure telemetry, workload behavior, and cloud economics intersect.

We’ll discuss hard questions practitioners wrestle with:

  • How do you make cloud spend observable beyond cost dashboards?
  • How do you correlate spend with utilization, performance, and engineering decisions?
  • What signals, benchmarks and heuristics help identify waste versus legitimate scale?
  • How do you map infra consumption to business outcomes — throughput, users served, bytes transferred, revenue impact?
  • Where does observability end and FinOps begin — or are they now the same discipline?

Expect war stories on cost anomalies, noisy workloads, unit economics, capacity trade-offs, and the operational side of cloud efficiency.

This is less “reduce your cloud bill” and more how to treat spend as a first-class operational signal.

Format

A moderator-led round table with a group of 20–25 participants, designed for candid peer exchange, practical lessons, and discussion you probably can’t have on stage.
