DevOps and QA

Submitted Jan 28, 2016

Experience of QA team in learning and implementing DevOps and failure due to lack of collaboration and communication.

Outline

There is difference between knowing DevOps and practising it. In this session we give a glimpse of how success was deferred to us because of the way we went about using just DevOps Tools. Even through Automation(Test and Systems), feedback from QA could be delayed due to improper collaboration and communication within and across QA Teams. Eveyone talks about understanding the importance of DevOps as a culture and here we present a real instance depicting how much true this is.

What you will get out of this session:

  • Learn about non value adding stuff that can lead to failure and how avoid it.
