This session will talk about real life challenges we faced from unexpected quarters while we were helping a large project implementation for a financial enterprise transition to DevOps. The focus of the session will be on covering 7 such stories and what impact it had on our work

Deepak is a technology professional with over 12 years of experience in software development, architecture and design. He has worked with leading Investment Banking Clients across US and Canada on a variety of business problems including Credit Risk, Equity Research and Hedge Fund Administration.
He is proficient in Java/JEE, XML, JMS, EJB, Oracle, Sybase, SQL Server, Spring, XML, Web Services and REST. He also has exposure to Sharepoint, VB Scripting, PhoneGap and Worklight.
He also has experience of managing and motivating teams across a variety of engagements including end-to-end project deliveries and core development.
He is a strong proponent of Software Craftsmanship and Agile methodologies.
