Abstract

To share the first hand experience in migrating an existing AWS workload to Google Cloud.

Outline

Google Cloud is an alternative to AWS. This session would compare the difference and issues faced while migrating a production workload from AWS Cloud to Google Cloud. I will cover the following aspects of the migration:

  • EC2 Instances
  • AMI Images
  • AWS ELB
  • VPC and NAT
  • Security Groups
  • Secure VPN Access
  • Route53

Requirements

An existing knowledge of public clouds would be nice
