This session will help you understand:

  1. What is anxiety/worry/stress; how to think of these elements as process.
  2. How to stop fighting anxiety and make it work for you.
  3. Tools to debug your cognitive processes.
  4. Tips, tricks and optimization.

In this session, speaker Dr. Tarique Sani, walks us through the ABC of mental health and anxiety and life hacks. The short presentation will be followed by an extended Ask Me Anything (AMA) session, where you can share your questions and concerns with him.

Participation is via Zoom only, as the goal is to create a safe space. Registered participants will receive the Zoom link one day before the session.
