The hardest challenge of interpersonal relationships - be they are home or in professional life - is communication. In this session on Assertive Communication, Dr. Tarique Sani will guide participants to discuss:

  1. Assertive versus passive versus aggressive behaviour.
  2. Unhelpful thinking or cognitive distortions about assertive behaviour.
  3. Assertiveness techniques.
  4. Saying “no” assertively in six different ways.

This is a closed door session, open to a maximum of 20 participants only. The session will be held as a meeting on Zoom. Link to the meeting will be shared only with registered participants.
