Submitted Jul 29, 2017

Most of us software engineer have a dream company that we want to work for. Apart from the great salary and amazing perks they offer a great opportunity to work with the best minds of our world. However very few understand what it takes to get into Google or Facebook or other similar highly coveted tech companies. We have been helping a lot of software engineers learn skills that these companies want their potential tech hires to be good at, and we’d love to share our insights with Has Geek community.

Outline

  1. Skills tier 1 companies (Google, FB, Uber, AirBnB) look for while hiring engineers.
  2. Why do they ask puzzles and algorithms in interviews?
  3. How to prepare for the interviews.
  4. What NOT to do when prepaing and appearing for the interviews.

Requirements

notepad, and an open mind :)
