The Sponsor is responsible for preparing print-ready design files (for Booth backdrop, Table fascia & Standee) with sponsor branding.

The files must be as per Sponsor branding guidelines below -

Safe Zone Margins: Ensure content is placed within the safe zone (ie, inside 3-inch border) as depicted in the schematic below.
Crop marks: Include crop marks in your design to indicate the border of the design.
Bleed: Include a 3-inch bleed in your design to accommodate for print wrapping

Color Format: CMYK (for accurate color reproduction)
File Format: High res PDF or TIFF format (to prevent alterations during printing) with trim and bleed marks
Booth backdrop banner dimensions (including bleed)
-- For Platinum and Gold tier sponsors: 8.5ft width x 8.5ft height

-- For Silver tier sponsors: 6.5ft width x 8.5ft height
Table fascia banner dimensions (including bleed)
-- Front panel: 7ft width x 3ft height
-- Side panels: 2.5ft width x 3ft height
