Fleet managers/Logistics planners have a lot of day-to-day tasks and decision points. In this brief talk, I want to discuss problems faced by logistics planners, try to break it down into essential features, and discuss some of the ways in which we approach that problem, with solutions.

Speaker bio
I run the data sciences team at pikkol.com. We use Dataviz to take most of our logistic decisions, and many are later automated into algorithms, which logistics managers simply monitor. In addition, I have taken guest lectures at business schools, including IIM Trichy on the topic Data Visualization for Managers.
