This session is intended to showcase the power of analytics as a problem solver in the HR space. For years, the Human Resources function grapples with some fundamental challenges, especially around Hiring Effectiveness, Employee Retention and Resource Optimization. I intend to share some analysis frameworks that could be very useful in addressing these issues and can yield very powerful insights.

Speaker bio

I am a Consulting Services Delivery Leader at BRIDGEi2i and have about 10 years experience in in Analytics Consulting, Research, Data Mining & Statistical Modeling.
I have been involved in some very interesting consulting assignments for large organizations in the HR Analytics space. This is an attempt to share that experience for the benefit of HR professionals and anybody else interested in the topic.
