Payment systems in India are highly monitored and controlled. Uber was asked to shut operations for using an international payment gateway system. What are the major security issues and how firms are tackling them.

Most apps use Android Web-View for pin verification during payments. But with the disclosure of new security bugs with SSL, are these gateways really secure. Web-View itself is buggy in certain versions of android. In app wallet is a good idea but not everybody wants to store money with a third party.
