Outline

Commercial smartphones, (including mid-range devices) have several sensors such as GPS, compass, gyroscope, accelerometer, etc. These can be effectively leveraged to detect and derive valuable information in various contexts. The presentation will describe the experience with using smart phone sensors for business purposes. The usage of this data will be exemplified with an insurance industry use case.
