A better understanding of what it takes to build location based mobiles apps - what are the issues to think about, what are the tools available.

Outline

Not fully thought through.

Either talk about some general points (limited bandwidth, downloading map data vs caching on the device, native libraries that help) or talk specifics for one (android?) or more platforms.
