Caregiving takes many forms—nurturing loved ones, checking in on a friend, or even managing responsibilities from afar. Through our research across borders and cultures, we’ve come to understand that caregiving is not just a role, but a reflection of who we are.

In this session, we introduce an interactive quiz designed to help participants uncover their unique caregiving style. Whether you’re an active caregiver, have been one in the past, or are simply someone who deeply cares, this quiz offers a reflective and engaging way to connect with your own care instincts.

Participants will receive a personalized caregiver profile and a visual tile that represents their caregiving essence.Beyond self-discovery, each quiz response becomes part of a growing tapestry of caregiving experiences—celebrating our differences, while reinforcing a shared human truth: that we all care, in our own way.

Noora Health is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes by equipping patients and family caregivers with the necessary skills to manage health conditions effectively at home. Its focus is on critical life-saving skills, chronic disease management, and postoperative care — all of which are delivered through engaging and culturally-appropriate training and content.
