Privacy Mode has, through continuous discussions with members of the tech and policy community, drawn up a set of recommendations for the amendments. The recommendations were shared with concerned ministers and officials at MeitY on July 5, 2022. Submissions on these recommendations and the trajectory of the IT Rules will be added to this page.
This project aims to delve deeper into issues regarding the current (and future) amendments on the IT Rules, and to amplify conversations around the same.
