Speaker bio

Ridhi Podar is an Engagement Director at the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics. She was most recently consulting the NITI Aayog on the Prime Minister’s Aspirational Districts Programme. She has worked across a range of sectors such as financial inclusion, public health, gender, water and sanitation in India and Africa. In the past, she has consulted governments, private foundations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, as well as bilateral and multilateral agencies such as the World Bank, USAID and ADB. Ridhi is a Commonwealth scholar and holds degrees in Economics from Warwick University and Lady Shri Ram College.
