is to encourage more people to understand our ancient indian martial art kalaripayattu which is considered as the mother of martial arts and its use in indian classical dance. also its benefits for a healthy lifestyle.

Outline

will start off a little with the history of the martial art and its evolution and then brief about my journey and how i have been benefitted and then have a finale performance

i come from hyderabad and im the only person training people and motivating them to study the art. i have conducted sucessful workshops and a lot of corporate workshops both in india and abroad. for a more detailed information you could google vyshnavie sainath.
