About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated intern for Product Marketing and Business Development in the luxury real estate industry. This role suits a student from a top institution eager to gain experience in scaling and developing business and marketing efforts. You will work closely with our product manager on tasks related to product development, marketing communications, client management, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Management and Development:

    • Assist in developing and scaling product strategies and roadmaps.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
    • Support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including user testing and feedback analysis.

  2. Marketing and Communication:

    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns for our luxury real estate properties.
    • Create marketing materials, presentations, and sales tools.
    • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
    • Coordinate public relations efforts to enhance brand visibility.

  3. Client Management:

    • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring smooth communication and satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with the customer support team to resolve support concerns.

  4. Business Development:

    • Identify and acquire new property leads.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and partners.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
    • Assist in preparing business cases for new product investments.

  5. Data Coordination:

    • Work with freelance engineers to manage product data.
    • Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for product improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a top-tier institution, pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
