The agile method helps us in building and shipping products quickly but how many times have you had to revert on a feature or redesign completely because that’s not what the customers wanted?

I build stuff. Over the last 9 years I have built some of the most used and most successful internet products in the country. Started my career as a front end developer with rediff shopping and moved quickly to product management and have been responsible for building products like Rediff Shopping, BookMyShow, redBus and now Freecharge.
