About the session:
Perfectionism is considered to be what drives you to be better. We are constantly bombarded to keep pushing ourselves, be it at work, schools, or even relationships. Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth. Unrelenting pursuit of ever increasing higher standards is a recipe for burnout rather than betterment.

Why attend this session:
This session will examine:

  1. What is perfectionism.
  2. How is it different from excellence.
  3. Unhelpful thinking and behaviour patterns which keeps you in the vicious cycle of perfectionism.
  4. How to break out of these patterns and start pursuing excellence.

Who is this session for?:
Everyone can beifit from this session, it will be particularly benificial to those who want to consistently improve themselves but not burn out as a result.

Participation: This is a closed door session, open to a maximum of 20 participants only. The session will be held as a meeting on Zoom. Link to the meeting will be shared only with registered participants.
