Mental health is moot, and yet shoved under the carpet because it is too painful/fearsome to confront. Uncertainty, exhaustion resulting from (work) stress, and change in lifestyle confounds other aspects of personal life, including interpersonal relationships and boundaries across.

Mental health sessions at Kilter Club aim to bring in multiple perspectives, including strategies and tactics for self-preservation, and perspectives on complex and fundamental issues. In general, we aspire to create a safe space to share and find support/anchors.
