Learnings of 6 years of building a company

I am currently co-founder and CTO at Konverge.AI. We are an AI boutique shop to our clients based out of the North Ameri market. We are based out of IT Park in Nagpur. We work in areas of Computer Vision, NLP & Advanced Analytics. This is the brief background.The session will be about sharing my learnings of 6 years of building the company.

Outline

There are 6-7 points which i will be talking in a span of 20 mins. The main points being :-

  1. To make runs you have to remain not out on the cricket pitch.
  2. Communication Skills
  3. Purpose & Aim
  4. Emotional Intelligence
  5. Networking
  6. Support from Family & Friends & etc.

Speaker bio

Ketan did his B.E. in Electronics Engineering from RKNEC/RCOEM Nagpur. He worked at NEERI, Nagpur for a year after passing out. He went on to do M.S. in Computer Networking from Wichita State University,Kansas,USA. During his masters he worked as a research assistant for cisco systems & helped build m-governance platform for city of wichita for which he got the mayor’s award in a city council meeting.

He co-founded Konverge.AI with his childhood friends Prateek Chandrayan& Sagar Ghonge. Konverge.AI is helping US clients build AI/ML products in areas of Media, Healthcare & Construction. He works as a Chief Technology Officer looking after the tech part at Konverge.AI. He is also adjunct faculty at Department of Computer Science, IIIT Nagpur.
