In a scenario where we are just talking libraries and frameworks, here is a quick demo as to how use of Data Structures and Algorithms which are generally associated to programming languages and not scripting languages can help better optimize coding in JavaScript.
Outline
- Intorduction to Algorithms
- Knowing Data Strucutres
- Judging our algorithms
- Crunching Numbers - Demo

Shourya Ranka is working as a Web UI Developer with The Economist Intelligence Unit,Gurgaon. He joined The EIU in August 2017 building on his three year experience as Associate Experience Technology with Sapient Razorfish - Publicis Groupe (formerly Sapient Nitro - Sapient Consulting Pvt. He has presented the session in Sapient Gurgaon XT (eXperience Technologists - UI Developers) meet and this turned out to get attention of people to a not so discussed side of JavaScript. This is still a beginner’s topic as this does not touch by The Reacts, The Angulars and The Vues but still has loads to do in terms of performance optimization and code delivery.
