You may have an amazing backend with super fast servers. You try to be as performant as possible, but at the end of the day, certain tasks take their required amount of time and you cannot improve much. You can try to show the user that something is happening. At the end of the day its what the user percieves and feels while using your website/App.
I will cover various situations where the user feels your website is fast and responsive and will highlight the best practices that you should follow for them.
