Brackets is a open-source code editor built with the web for the web. Built with extensibility in mind it allows developers to create plugins for Brackets. Check out a short list of some of them here:

In this session you will learn how to create your first Brackets extension using web technologies.

Renaun Erickson is a Technical Evangelist at Adobe Systems. Renaun has worked on projects using web and mobile technologies for over 7 years.
