Learn the JavaScript APIs that have been newly added with the HTML5 specification, and understand how they can be used to make previously difficult tasks easier, with the ultimate goal of allowing creation of web pages involving complex interactions.
Outline
In this session, we will go through a lot of demos, each demonstrating one or more newly added JavaScript APIs. This will include drag-and-drop, audio synthesis, history API, Geo-location, device orientation, and many others.
Speaker bio
Total 8 years of experience in software industry, currently working with Google. I am also speaking on HTML5 in g|india conferences that are held in July-Sept 2012 at five cities across India.
