Hello @amar_naik,
This project requires further information to be considered in the Open Source AI Hackathon. You will have to add updates in comments so that mentors can review and give feedback.

Hi Amar, how will you fetch the datasets for healthcare? What kind of EHR can you get to implement this project? Will you be able to get PII data from NGOs or government bodies?

It's not quite clear to me what you want to achieve.
Initially you speak about wanting to integrate WhatApp and later on about exploring. Open Source Library instead. Would that be yet another app. ( https://xkcd.com/927/ )
This is more of a personal opinion, I feel the use of single app is to avoid usage of Whatsapp etc, whose privacy might still not quite clear. Esp when involving all PII data, with all health information.
Also not clear how AI/LLM help in this than an initial minor layer. Pretty sure I am wrong about this, please explain how?

WhatsApp is commonly used across india hence the thought was to use it. But whataapp buisness api haa lot of hassle in setting up etc so was thinking of some other open source chat based experience
AI is more for personalisation of data based on each user since abha will store that data

@amar_naik, Thank you for your proposal submission to The Fifth Elephant Open Source AI Hackathon. The submission needs refinement based on the following considerations.
Relevance
Innovation and Originality
Technical Implementation
Usability and Impact
Scalability and Sustainability
Collaboration and Teamwork (if applicable)
Presentation and Communication
During the hackathon presentation, clearly articulate how the project addresses the problem statement and highlight the technical capabilities and benefits of the solution.
Ensure that the potential impact on healthcare record management and the user experience is effectively communicated to the judges and other participants.
Feedback for Improvement
TODO
Provide the GitHub repository link in your proposal for easy access and review by mentors and the jury.
Ensure that the GitHub repository contains a comprehensive README.md documenting the project's purpose, technical details, setup instructions, and example use cases.
Utilize the available platforms such as The Fifth Elephant WhatsApp group to engage with mentors and seek guidance on technical and implementation aspects of your project.
This feedback aims to recognize the strong technical foundation of the project while providing guidance for further improvement and development. The use of open source libraries and the focus on user adoption in rural healthcare settings are commendable, and continued refinement of the solution will enhance its potential impact.
