Our editorial team helps potential speakers in honing their speaking skills, fine tuning and rehearsing content at least twice - before the main conference - and sharpening the focus of talks.
The following guidelines will help you in submitting a proposal:
To summarize, we do not accept talks that gloss over details or try to deliver high-level knowledge without covering depth. Talks have to be backed with real insights and experiences for the content to be useful to participants.
Confirmed speakers receive a pass to the conference. We do not provide free passes for speakers’ colleagues and spouses. Please do not ask us for these.
Travel grants are available for international and domestic speakers. We evaluate each case on its merits, giving preference to women, people of non-binary gender, and Africans. If you require a grant, request it when you submit your proposal in the field where you add your location.
Logistics conference is funded through ticket purchases and sponsorships; travel grant budgets vary.

In 2017, Zoomcar had launced “PEDL” which is the first bike sharing serivce in India,aimed to make shorter commutes convinient. This business comes with challenges such as maintaining high cycles availability at all times, IOT device disfunctionalities, vandalism, fleet rebalancing and many more.The talk will cover the methodolgy to overcome these burning challenges, keeping revenue maximization and customer experience in mind

1. What is PEDL and its Journey till now
2. The Business challenges across IOT devices, operations and fleet optimization
4. How we used network analysis to mitigate key business challenge of fleet optimization

Arpit is the Head of Data science at Zoomcar and brings 8 years of rich experience in space of inventory optimization & customer analytics for industries such as Fashion Retail,Insurance,Technology and Shared mobility. He has been awarded with the prestigious award of “Best Use of Customer Insights to enhance customer experience” at National Customer Fest, 2017. Arpit is currently spearheading Zoomcar’s effort to proactively Optimize on ground fleet, increase customer retention and identifying new opportunities of business expansion
