Description: Managing financial alerts in the banking domain is a lengthy process that is governed by banks’ internal policy as well as regulatory requirements. Typically, this is a multi-step workflow involving multiple subsystems and external systems getting called. While it is easy in such a case to discover individual tools in agentic AI parlance catering to specific custom workflow needed by each client/bank is the practical implementation hurdle faced by banking products.
We leveraged LLMs to dynamically generate the end to end custom workflow based on the English language domain description of the entire process followed by the bank . This workflow was further enriched by the dynamic selection of agentic tools and their orchestration to the final functional fulfillment.
This allowed us to practically eliminate the effort needed implement a custom workflow needed for each client/bank installation .
