Droidcon India 2012

The session will demo how android can be used to solve one of the real life challenge of paying the right fare for auto-rickshaws that do not run meter.

Outline

Users will be able to share their fares to the community and the community will be get to access the right fare between their travel points. The fares can also be filtered through various different aspects like the route taken by the driver, the percentile the user paid compared to the community, the fare during different times of the day etc.,
