About the speaker: Satiya Prasath Padmanabhan is Senior Solutions Engineer at Akamai. He works with the largest companies in the OTT and publishing verticals in India, as part of his work at Akamai. He also consults on WebPerf, Media Streaming and Web Security. Satiya has built products for Mobile Broadcast, Predictive Content Delivery and was part of Akamai’s mobile strategy team across Asia.

This session is an introduction to CDN’s targetted towards digital publishers, web designers and developers. The goal is to get you started on what to expect when you are looking at CDN options and go about evaluating the different options.

Satiya is a Senior Solutions Engineer at Akamai, who works with the largest companies in the OTT and Publishing verticals in India. He consults on WebPerf, Media Streaming and Web Security. He’s also built products for Mobile Broadcast, Predictive Content Delivery and was part of Akamai’s mobile strategy team across Asia. Prior to joining Akamai, he has worked at multiple startups. He likes tinker on small home automation projects and loves outdoor photography in his free time.
