key takeaways include, meet your customer and ask the right questions, B2C OR B2B, ideas that scale vs ideas that fail, numbers talk. the intended audience would be people who want to startup or are about to startup.
brief on my startup journey...
.......
....startup ideas are a dime a dozen execution matters. But before you decide to execute, the idea needs to be evaluated. This includes market research, customer feedback and understanding market size. Once you undergo this process you come back with a couple of learnings. In India money sells like nothing else. market size matters, somebody is already busy working on your idea. don’t lose heart when you find out, it only means you came up with a great idea and you can figure out better ones. Trust your instincts about people, don’t trust them with your idea. once you have settled on one, go and meet more customers. b2b vs b2c is a lot to do with what would be a cheaper option for marketing and how fast can you scale your product specific to the fintech space. Investors are opinionated but nothing else like sales to get them to put more money into your venture. Engagement with your product is a key metric to maintain high levels of customer retention.....
keep the product simple communicate with your team and don’t work out of home. get an office space or go out to a car get internet dongles and make that your makeshift office for the day.... attitudes towards starting up.
