MVCC or multi version concurrency control is at the core of most databases, helping them achieve concurrent transactions and isolation.
In this talk :
- briefly look at isolation
- introduce MVCC in PostgreSQL
- look at INSERTs, UPDATEs and DELETEs and how they affect the database.
