Building payment solutions for brick-and-mortar

This talk is a case study of proximity payment,loyalty and personalization platform we built for Cafe Coffee Day, a brick and mortar coffee shop with more than 1500 stores across the country. Through this talk, I will elucidate some the challenges we faced and the highlight the learnings we gathered along the journey.

Yeswanth leads the Mobile Team at WalkIn and has been working alongside Cafe Coffee Day to build their payment & loyalty app. He has been there from the inception of the app and has gathered many experiences, which have formed the basis for this talk.
